I believe these reports are planned by the powerful food lobby to make chocolate candy sell better in this case and to sell a lot more of it. I believe Dr. Atkins wrote the book on the all protein diet to save the meat industry. Dr.Atkins should be held responsible for all those people that die under his influence from eating beef and excessive protein, where is

the accountability to answer for what is a known opposite from good health. Too much protein is said to take away calcium from the bones in the digestion process and to make every person smaller, shorter or stooped over. The health food stores carry the Atkins diet book and sell it for a profit, are they not equally guilty when and why responsible for all of this misinformation. It is said that nothing happens by accident and I believe this to be true. The eating industry in this country is shaped and is partly controlled by all the suppliers by how much they prefabricate the food and do dump sugar into it by the tons. Cold slaw has sugar in the dressing. Salad dressings most all have sugar. It is hard to eat out without eating sugar. Fried foods often also have sugar but the big thing with fried foods is the hydrogenated oils that is not digestible, certainly not in the way the body can best use it for nourishment, it gets in the way. Youth today are said to consume fried potatoes as 25% of their total diet. No wonder they have problems. Make sure of the food you eat that it is clean and with nutritional value and leave off the extras that you're not sure of. Risk not your health on processed foods that taste great but leave you in a slump. Trust no food out of your site with those who have no understanding of health.

I would like to tell her what I think of her in defense of the child. A smooth and healthy diet will generate no emergency of extreme hunger and weakness while it will also if we eat slowly not produce the over full feeling. Remember that no drink should be taken with the meal not until 15 minutes after you finish eating. Eating should be slow and chew the food 100 times or until it has disappeared. Dear Lord help us to use wisdom in selecting our meals. Overcome it!!!
